We are delighted to offer our customers a complimentary click and collect service. Order online and avoid shipping costs by collecting your order in store.
When processing your order on our website under Delivery Details select 'I'll Collect My Order Instore'. Once your order has been placed and confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. We will send you a text when your order is ready for collection. It usually takes around four hours to process your order. Once your order is ready for collection you can collect it at a time that is convenient for you.
When coming to collect your order, you should bring photographic identification (passport or driver’s licence) and your order confirmation. For your convenience, we will accept your order confirmation in print or electronic format.
You can collect your order in-store within the opening hours:
- Monday 9.00am - 5.00pm
- Tuesday 9.00am - 5.00pm
- Wednesday 9.00am - 5.00pm
- Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pm
- Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
- Saturday 9.00am - 5.00pm
- Sunday 11.00am - 5.00pm

Will I receive tracking details and how do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with all the tracking information. We will also let you know what courier we have sent you order with.
If your order has been dispatched with DPD, then you can track it by clicking on the following link www.dpd.ie.
If your order has been dispatched with An Post, then you can track it at www.anpost.ie. If you have further queries you can also contact us at info@michaelmurphysports.ie or 00353 74 9128268.
Do I have to sign for my order?
Yes our couriers do require a signature upon delivery. If you have special delivery requirements you can note these when placing your order. If you ask for your order to be left in a ‘special hiding place’ or with a neighbour, Michael Murphy Sports & Leisure will take no responsibility if the order is lost.
What happens if I am not at home when the order is being delivered?
If you are not at home when your order is being delivered, then we will leave a card with the contact details so that you can contact the courier and arrange a time for your order to be delivered or an appropriate time for you to collect it.
What should I do if I haven’t received my order?
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order, then please contact us on 00353 749128268 or info@michaelmurphysports.ie quoting your order number.
Gift Cards
You will be delighted to hear that we offer FREE delivery on all Gift Cards ordered online.
If you choose to have your gift card personalised with a message, you can do this when processing your order. All Gift Cards will be dispatched with An Post within 24 hours of the order being processed.
PLEASE NOTE: Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be used on our website they can only be used in-store. We cannot take responsibility for any gift cards that are lost, stolen or used by someone other than your recipient after delivery.
*Heavy/bulky items for example football packs, goalposts, rebounders etc will incour a shipping fee of €9.99 within Ireland.
*While the postal services that we use are very reliable, we cannot take any liability for any delay or failure to deliver your order within the estimated timescale.
*Delivery on sports equipment may take a day longer than usual. Our courier will call you prior to delivering the item and you must be at home to accept the delivery. *There will be a shipping charge or sports equipment.
