We advise that you read these terms and conditions and that you are happy with them before finalising your order. We reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions without any prior notice. 1.  Personal Information and Security

2.  Products and Pricing

We have taken reasonable care in making sure that all content is accurate at the time of uploading products to our website. Although every effort is made to ensure complete accuracy, typographical errors may occur. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from the website without any prior notice and to cancel an order if one of more goods are listed at an incorrect price due to an error by us or by one of our suppliers. We endeavour to rectify any errors as swiftly as possible.

All prices on our website as inclusive of VAT and prices are subject to change without notice. Please note that some of the products on our website have two retail prices depending on size. The price which related to the size in these specific products will be clearly shown when you select the size you require.

3.  Ordering goods and availability

All the products displayed on our website are an invitation and not an offer to sell. An offer is made when you the customer place an order on our website.
When you place an order we will send you a confirmation email to say that we have received your order and it is being processed. You will then receive a second email when your order has been dispatched with a tracking number where applicable. All products are subject to availability.

If products are out of stock or the price is higher than that shown on our order we will contact you by email to let you know. In some instances we may be able to obtain stock from suppliers but it may result in delivery time being delayed. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email we will continue to process the remained of our order. We will not supply a replacement product without your permission.

4.  Delivery

Ireland and Northern Ireland

We are delighted to offer customers within Ireland FREE *next day delivery on orders over €50.00 when placed before 2pm from Monday to Thursday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed from Thursday after 2pm will be out for delivery on Monday. Order placed after 2pm on Friday through to Sunday will be out for delivery on Tuesday.

DPD is our primary courier for Ireland and occasionally we will use An Post.

Delivery on personalised items may take longer than usual, contact us at for further details.


Dispatch times for the UK are the same as above.

Delivery to the UK is charged at €8.50 and will take between 2 to 4 working days. An Post is our selected courier to the UK.

Rest of the World

Delivery to EU countries can take from 2 to 8 working days. If you are ordering outside of the EU, please allow up to 20 working days for your order to arrive. If your order is being delivered to a country that is outside of the EU, then depending on the value of your order, you may need to pay customs or import duties. Unfortunately these charges are out of our control and we cannot be held responsible for them. Custom policies will vary from country to country and this may delay the delivery of your order. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

We use both DPD and An Post to deliver to these regions.

In-store Collection

We are delighted to offer our customers a complimentary click and collect service. Order online and avoid shipping costs by collecting your order in store. When processing your order on our website under Delivery Details please select 'I'll Collect My Order Instore'

Once your order has been placed and confirmed you will receive a confirmation email. We will send you a text when your order is ready for collection. It usually takes around four hours to process your order. Once your order is ready for collection you can collect it at a time that is convenient for you.

Please remember to bring photographic ID when collection your order. For more information on this on service please view details as listed on Click and Collect.

5.  Gift Cards

You will be delighted to hear that we offer FREE delivery on all Gift Cards ordered online. If you choose to have your gift card personalised with a message, you can do this when processing your order. All Gift Cards will be dispatched with An Post within 24 hours of the order being processed.

Please note: Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be used on our website they can only be used in-store. We cannot take responsibility for any gift cards that are lost, stolen or used by someone other than your recipient after delivery.

*While the postal services that we use are very reliable, we cannot take any liability for any delay or failure to deliver your order within the estimated timescale.

6.  Cancelling your order

This policy refers to online purchases only and is in line with current legislation. If you want to cancel your order you can email us at You may cancel your order within 14 days cooling off period. This period begins on the day that you receive the goods.

7.  Returns Policy

The returns policy outlined below only applies to online purchases made through our website or over the telephone.

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you don’t like it or it doesn’t fit, then we are happy to refund your order provided it is back to us within 14 days from the date you receive your goods. The product must be returned with all tags attached, in new, unused and unworn condition and in the original packaging. All shoes must be returned in the original box. We do not issue refunds on gift card purchases. Please note that it is company policy to return goods to the customer if we suspect that any product has been used or worn.

Please note: We do not accept the return of any personalised item unless the product is faulty.

All orders placed online will be dispatched with a dispatch note. This dispatch note will outline the details of your purchase, our contact details and the return address. Following inspection upon return an email will be sent confirming receipt of our return and you will be refunded the amount due through the original method of payment, excluding original postage charge if relevant. When your refund is processed you should expect to see the funds back with you within five working days from receipt of your email. (some banks may take longer). 8.  Promotional Discount

Promotional codes are only valid on specific products while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time. Promotional codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards and only one voucher code may be redeemed per use. Promotional codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders and promotional codes do not apply to delivery charges. Only one promotional can be used at any one time and cannot be used in combination with other voucher codes. Promotional codes are not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit. To apply a promotional code you must enter it prior to completing your order. Even if the code is accepted at check out, all orders are reviewed by the Michael Murphy Sports & Leisure team prior to fulfilment. If orders are deemed in violation of any Terms and Conditions, they will be adjusted accordingly.
