Terms & Conditions

Cash For Clubs is an initiative by Michael Murphy Sports and Leisure, Letterkenny. Cash For Clubs is open to all sporting disciplines who register for the initiative.

For information or queries, contact Michael Murphy Sports and Leisure on 074 91 28268. Participation in Cash For Clubs is an agreement to accept all terms and conditions as listed below.

1. The Cash For Clubs initiative run by Michael Murphy Sports and Leisure will run from 5th March 2020 until 31st December 2021.
2. To register a club, a representative must make contact with a representative from Michael Murphy Sports and Leisure.
3. To collect points, customers can shop in-store or online at michaelmurphysports.ie and allocate their points.
4. Points are non-transferable once they have been allocated.
5. Michael Murphy Sports and Leisure has the right to deny and terminate any club from participating in Cash For Clubs at any time. In which case, any points allocated to that club will be forfeited. Michael Murphy Sports and Leisure will not be liable for any loss or damage as a result.
6. Cash For Club points hold no monetary value.
7. All clubs nominated for registration will be subject to the approval of Michael Murphy Sports and Leisure. The organisers reserve the right to refuse to register a club for Cash For Clubs and the organisers decision is final and no discussion will be entered into.
8. Clubs must be agreeable and available to participate in photo calls, publicity and PR.
9. If for any reason, any aspect of Cash For Clubs is not capable of operating as planned, Michael Murphy Sports and Leisure may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the initiative.
10. By registering a club, you are agreeing for Michael Murphy Sports and Leisure to retain your information and share information to inform you of offers and services which may be of interest to you.
11. You have the right to request a copy of your data currently held by us, and to rectify or remove personal details, by writing to Michael Murphy Sports and Leisure, Station Roundabout, Letterkenny, Co. Donegal.
