FF BLAST PLUS foam midsole is combined with a higher midsole stack height while reducing it's weight to provide a more balanced experience making your training feel smoother and more comfortable.

A reinforced tongue wing along the arch also provides additional comfort and support.The 4D GUIDANCE SYSTEM helps provide adaptive stability. This helps you experience a more supportive and balanced stride during your distance training.

We are delighted to offer customers within Ireland *FREE *next day delivery on orders over €85.00 when placed before 4pm from Monday to Thursday (excluding bank holidays).

Exclusions apply to Basketball Stands, Table Tennis Tables, Gymnastics Mats, Pole Padding and Balance Benches these are all shipped directly from our supplier and will take 2-3 working days for delivery.

*Orders placed from Thursday after 4pm will be out for delivery on Monday. Orders placed after 4pm on Friday through to Sunday will be out for delivery on Tuesday. DPD is our primary courier for Ireland. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/ or text to say that your order is on its way. This email/text will include the track and trace number for your order and you can go to www.dpd.ie to track it.
