ASICS WOMENS GT-1000 11 LITESHOW RUNNING SHOES
ASICS key focus for the GT-1000™ 11 LITE-SHOW™ shoe was to make it softer and smoother. This iteration features reflective details that are strategically positioned to improve visibility when running in low-light settings. FLYTEFOAM™ cushioning in the midsole is tuned with a lower density than the previous version. Teamed with GEL™ technology, this combination creates softer landings and smoother transitions. LITETRUSS™ technology is placed on the midsole’s inside angle to reduce pronation. It helps produce a more supportive stride while keeping overpronation at bay.

Pronation
- Designed for neutral
- Foot Type - Normal size arches
- Push off - Ther eis even distribution from the front of the foot
- How your foot contacts the ground - the foot lands on outside of the heel, then rolls inward (pronates) to absorb shock and support body weight
- Overpronation
- Foot Type - Low arches or flat feet
- Push Off - Big toe and second toe do majority of the work.
- How your foot contacts the ground - The foot lands on outside of heel, then rolls inward (pronates) excessively, transferring weight to inner edge instead of ball of the foot.
